Eduardo Guarente specialises in corporate and commercial law, compliance and corporate governance, information technology, privacy and data protection. Eduardo has gained significant experience in corporate compliance matters, with particular reference to the administrative liability of companies and entities governed by Legislative Decree 231/2001, anti-corruption measures, as well as privacy, data protection and cybersecurity. 

Eduardo has gained significant experience in the implementation or adaptation of Compliance Management systems (Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, Organisational Models for the management of privacy and data protection, Integrated Management Systems, legality rating, anti-corruption measures, etc.) in corporations, including public companies.

He holds the position of Supervisory Board, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in corporations, including public companies, as well as Data Protection Officer in corporations in various sectors.

He is a speaker at masters' degrees, conferences and in-depth courses on the specific subjects of administrative liability of companies and bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and on privacy and data protection.

Before founding LegalLAB®, he gained significant experience in leading law firms in Naples, Bologna and New York.

Eduardo majored in law focusing on economics, credit and finance in Naples.  

He is a member of the Bolzano Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.

He speaks Italian and English.

Loredana specialises in corporate and commercial law with particular expertise in international contracts and a focus on energy-related transactions. She advises on renewable energy sources (wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass plants), as well as on compliance and corporate governance, privacy and data protection. She has consolidated experience as in house counsel in multinational companies in the consumer and energy sectors. 

She took on the role of Legal Manager Italy for the German energy company RWE GmbH, where she consolidated her skills, particularly in the energy field.
Loredana also acts as Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer in corporations.

Since 2021 she has been Of Counsel at LABLAW Studio Legale Rotondi & Partners.

Loredana previously started her in-house career in London, at the Europe-Africa and Middle East office of Kimberly-Clark for which she eventually held the role of Legal Manager South-Europe, as well as Senior Counsel for Fem & Child Care, dealing with legal issues related to the production, marketing and sales of Kleenex®, Huggies®, Scottex® branded products both in Italy and abroad, following important M&A transactions and negotiations in the energy field.
Loredana graduated at the University of Padua and holds a Master with merits in International Business Transactions from Birbeck London University.

She worked at Studio Legale Costantino in Padua and then moved to the United States, in New York, where she first worked at Dobson & Pinci and then at Ferrante Law Firm.

She is a member of the Bolzano Bar Association and is a qualified solicitor with the Bar Association in London.

She speaks Italian, English and German.

Marion Zelger is a jurist specialising in national and international commercial law, with specific expertise in business contracts, new technology law and privacy.

She coordinates and directs the in-house legal departments of a number of major South Tyrolean companies, managing, in particular, international contractual relations and export activities.

Marion holds a Master of European Law and is a commercial mediator.

Participates as a speaker in numerous conferences and training programmes for companies.

She speaks Italian, German, English and French.

Consuelo deals with corporate and commercial law and collaborates in projects aimed at the implementation of Organisational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and Organisational Models for the management of privacy and data protection.

Consuelo studied law at the University of Trento, attending for two semesters the Swiss Universities of Fribourg and Bern thanks to the "Swiss-European Mobility" programme and graduated in 2020 with a thesis in comparative intellectual property law entitled "The role of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the American Supreme Court in the development of intellectual property rights".

Since 2021 she has been working with LegalLAB® and is registered as a trainee attorney with the Bolzano Bar Association.

Fabian Frener specialises in civil law, commercial law and international law, demonstrating expertise in both courtroom litigation and advisory services. He also deals with data protection law and new technologies and works on projects for the elaboration and implementation of organisational models for the management of privacy and data protection, as well as organisational, management and control models (D.Lgs. 231/2001).

Fabian studied law at the Universities of Trento and Innsbruck and graduated in 2018 with a thesis in tax law. In 2022, he obtained his doctorate degree (Doctor Iuris) from the University of Innsbruck with a thesis in the field of international investment law. He has been registered as a lawyer with the Bar Association of Bolzano since 2023.

He has been working for LegalLAB® since 2023.

He speaks German, Italian and English.

Frank Ferrante is the Founding Partner of FERRANTE LAW FIRM in New York City. Frank collaborates with LegalLAB® to offer legal assistance both to Italian and European companies wishing to expand their business in the American and Chinese markets, and to foreign companies interested in the Italian market.

Frank has extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and immigration matters, particularly for the Italian business community in the fashion, furniture, architecture, design, jewellery, kitchen and manufacturing sectors.  In particular, Frank has successfully represented some of the most important Italian companies in the international marketplace in a variety of complex scenarios, establishing a reputation for providing efficient and business-oriented solutions.

He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a pro-bono volunteer for Immigration Equality.

Since 2016, he has taken on the role of Of Counsel at LegalLAB®.

He is a member of the Bar Association of NYC.
